The Youth Beginner Class is the entry level class for kids and teens. The program aims at building confidence and character by providing students with control over their bodies. It also emphasizes on all benefits of martial arts which include respect, courtesy, and physical fitness.
0 Kyu (white belt) to 7th Kyu (1st level green belt)
The Youth Advanced Class emphasizes a positive atmosphere where students can gain the many benefits of martial arts training. These benefits include stress reduction, building self-confidence, developing focus and self-discipline, setting and achieving goals, getting in shape, and making friends!
6th Kyu (2nd level green belt) and above
Adults find that their classes provide a challenging exercise routine that offers a great alternative to traditional gym workouts. Our classes build strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and foster an overall sense of well-being.

The Adult Advanced Class will further challenge the students’ balance,coordination and timing as they practice various combinations using their basics, forms and sparring techniques. This class will also emphasize conditioning and self-defense.
