3 person Synchronized Team Kata
Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners!
All others will be awarded “Fighting Spirit” medals!

Fist pads, mouthpiece or facemask, athletic cup (males) required for all kumite participants.
Chest protectors recommended.
Not responsible for contestants who miss their event(s).

Demonstration and Competition starts at 12:30 p.m. SHARP!
Adult Competition immediately following Youth
Individual Events: $45 per event
Team Kata: $60 per team ($20 per person)
Team Kumite: $75 per team ($15 per person)

$5 Discount per individual event if paid by April 10, 2015 (Friday)
Spectator Fee: ADULTS: $5.00 (18 & over), YOUTH: $3.00 (6-17), 5 & under FREE
Pre-registration fee and all mail-in forms must be received by October 9, 2015 (Friday)
Do not mail in forms after the October 9, 2015 deadline.
Registration will be available at the door from 11:30 a.m. on Tournament Day.
