To me it looks like wazari on the Jodan punch. Other person was moving in and his chudan punch was too close for full execution.
He caught him with a back fist coming in..not clean full point but nice 1/2 point for catching him on his toes..🙂..looking sharp🙏🌺
I believe the kizami tsuki got there first but even if it didn't the gyaku tsuki was not on proper distance to fully execute the technique
The head punch. Though not enough to put him down, so kinda weak. Still enough for a point. The reverse punch guy had bad form So no real threat. Out of position Head punch guy should have committed more. Go in farther He could have knocked him down Maybe
Looks as though kizami got there quicker with proper distance and kime.

No Mirror Judge?
From my perspective, and according to FSKA rules, I saw what was obviously a good chudan mawashi geri, but the judge had no way of seeing it, although he had to hear the contact.
Wazari two points from viewers point, but not from head judge as he can't see the kick landing.

The roundhouse got in first, however, it was ineffective and would not have stopped the opponent. If the reverse punch landed, that might’ve done much more damage than that round house in this particular instance. One comment above said the attack was at the spine. It was not the spine. Nowhere near the spine. The kick landed underneath the shoulder blade. The kick did get in, but did not have the type of focus that would’ve stopped the opponent, therefore, perhaps not a true Ippon. Maybe wazai. But yes, the roundhouse got in first. As Sensei Anthony DeSardi stated, “no see!” If the roundhouse would’ve been at the side of his head, that might’ve stopped him. But then all of you would complain that it’s excessive contact. Lol! It’s Karate, not dance! 
No point for the kick since the back / spine is not a target area
Mawashi geri landed clean first
Clearly this is a dojo session. Who care what referee can see. It’s very obvious it’s a dojo sparring session. Great looking skill either way.
So what if it landed or not, it's worthless in a street fight. Although the sweep/leg kick was good though.
Technically it would be ippon do to out of balance by the lower kick but it’s only my opinion 😜
In my 35 years of shotokan training that was never a point scored in tournaments. And the instep contact inn’t even a proper mawashi Geri contact point. Times have changed I guess. Cheers!
