Dear Shihan Kenneth Funakoshi, Sensei’s and Friends,
It is with great exitement and enthusiasm that I invite everyone to our beautiful country to compete in the 17th annual FSKA Shobu World Karate Championships. I am looking forward to hosting this worldclass event from the 27th to the 30th of August 2015 at the Walter Sisulu Sports Complex on the Randburg Sporting grounds in Johannesburg, South Africa. I would like to encourage all our affiliates, students and friends from all over the globe, to join me and my fellow South Africans for this, as Shihan Funakoshi puts it so wonderfully, “To promote Karate through competition and the exchange of cultures amoung the different countries”.
Take this opportunity to expand your knowledge and make new friends. An opportunity missed, is a opportunity lost forever.
